Additions to Panini Executive Leadership Team, Operations Management
Panini is pleased to announce that effective February 4, 2019, Shawn Hilliard joined the company as Senior Vice President, Global Technical Services (GTS) and will lead the company’s global services organization with responsibilities including services delivery, services program definition & development, commercial results & operational excellence, and strategic direction & growth. Additionally, Jeff Earley has joined the Panini team in the role of Director, GTS Operations, and will report directly to Hilliard. These key additions will be instrumental in Panini’s strategy to support continued growth while extending its market leadership position.
Shawn Hilliard comes to Panini after a highly successful, thirty year career leading global service operations with Trimble, a $2.65 billion multi-national provider of GPS, laser, optical and wireless technologies. Shawn’s product and market knowledge is directly relevant to Panini’s business, including his tremendous background in electro-mechanical hardware products and the sale and support of software. He has broad experience in global markets, including responsibility for managing five global support centers. His experience also includes areas critical to Panini such as strategic planning and first-hand expertise on leveraging global channels for the sale and delivery of services.
“Shawn embraces challenge, is willing to do what it takes to win, places top priority on the customer, and has impeccable ethics,” says Michael Pratt, CEO, Panini. “The addition of a senior executive of this caliber will be a key enabler of our continued expansion while reinforcing our commitment to global service excellence.”
Jeff Earley enjoyed outstanding success in his twenty-five year career with Fives Group, a €1.9B global industrial engineering corporation that designs and supplies machines, process equipment and production lines for the world’s largest industrials, with operations in 30 countries. Jeff has consistently applied and achieved world-class metrics and service standards, earning him the respect of his peers, customers and partners. His global service experience includes support of Fives Group service operations and customers in the Americas, Europe and the Far East.
“I believe Jeff’s tremendous service operations expertise will be a perfect complement to Shawn’s strategic, commercial and business unit leadership skills, resulting in a combination that is well suited to maximizing Panini’s services potential,” adds Pratt.
Hilliard and Earley will join and lead a world-class services support group built and managed at Panini by one of the most experienced and capable veterans in the industry, Randy Whitley, who is set to retire March 31 2019.
